ITN Mexico used its Video Productivity System® to define standard times.

General Motors Labor Guides

The Mexican Association of General Motors Dealers, asked ITN to make a single labor guide for the more than 200 dealers that exist in Mexico.

This project, which began in the late 2004 is continuously updated and has integrated thousands of films to determine the standard times of operations that are performed more frequently within the General Motors workshops.
